Most of swimming pool accidents are one's fault because we did not pay attention to where our feet were or maybe we were dizzy or something or whatever. But sometimes it's the place's fault. Perhaps that's because swimming pools, spas and lakes are very popular to people.

To be honest I was amazed that no one had picked that domain lol.
