The Extradition Act 11 of 1996 is an act that provides for the extradition of persons accused or convicted of certain crimes commited within the jurisdictions of certain countries, and to provide for incidental matters.

International extradition is the process by which an individual is delivered from the country where is located, the requested country, to the requesting country in order to face prosecution, or if already convicted, to serve a sentence.

There are bilateral treaties and international agreements when talking about International Extradition.

Well, I just simply wanted to play a bit with the two most common words when talking about legal matters. I mean, you have things in mind like taxes law, legal action, and so on... and also because I found really clever to write legal 'in law'. To be honest I was amazed that no one had picked that domain lol.
